The app at a glance

• No app account, advertising, tracking, analytics or third-party SDKs.
• The app does not send personal information, world tracking, saved worlds or usage analytics to Feel Digital.
• Worlds are generated and rendered on your device.
• Apple handles optional In-App Purchases. Support email is optional.

Saved worlds and preferences

Saved worlds, recent sessions and preferences are stored locally in the app’s device storage. You can remove saved worlds in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Apple device backups may retain a copy under your backup settings; the app does not provide its own cloud account or cloud sync.

Spatial information

The app uses world tracking and your device pose to render spatial content relative to your viewpoint. This information is processed on the device, is not recorded by the app and is not sent to Feel Digital. The app does not access a microphone, record your environment, or collect eye-tracking data.

Purchases handled by Apple

If you choose Full Library, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. The app checks Apple’s verified purchase entitlement on device to provide access and restore an existing purchase. We do not receive your payment card details or upload your purchase history to a developer-operated server.

Apple retains and processes purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy. App Store purchases are associated with your Apple Account. Apple may provide us with sales and financial reports to administer the app; the app itself has no purchase analytics service.

When you contact us

If you email [email protected], we receive the address, message, attachments and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to reply, troubleshoot, protect the app and meet legal obligations. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Our email provider necessarily processes messages to deliver and store that correspondence. Do not send payment card details, account passwords, or information unrelated to your request.

This website

This policy describes the Iridoveya app. When you open its web pages, our hosting and delivery providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, process network requests, including information such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the website. Cloudflare also protects the public support email address from automated harvesting and restores it in your browser. These Iridoveya pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts or a contact form; their fonts and artwork are served with the site. Email links open your chosen mail app.

Your choices and requests

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Feel Digital cannot retrieve saved worlds or tracking data because the app does not send them to us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing of information held about you. For information you sent directly to Feel Digital, contact [email protected]. Direct requests about Apple Account and purchase records to Apple.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app’s features, data practices or obligations change. We will update the date on this page and provide further notice when required.
