Aerolith · iPhone

Privacy Policy.

Aerolith is a vertical arcade shooter for iPhone by Feel Digital. It plays fully offline and keeps your progress on your device. This policy explains what the game stores, what Apple handles, and what we receive if you write to us.

Effective and last updated: 18 October 2026

The app at a glance

This policy applies to Aerolith, a single-player game for iPhone (iOS 15 or later) provided by Feel Digital (“we”, “us”). The current version is a three-mission prologue with an English interface.

  • No accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software and does not use an advertising identifier.
  • The game makes no network connections of its own and plays fully offline. Optional in-app purchases go through Apple’s App Store.
  • The app does not use the camera, microphone or location.
  • We do not collect personal data through the app: no names, email addresses, contacts, photos, location, usage data or diagnostics. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

What the game stores on your device

To save your game, Aerolith keeps a small amount of data only on your iPhone:

  • game progress: shards, ship upgrades, medals, best scores, and unlocked missions and difficulty levels;
  • settings: master volume and the reduced-motion preference;
  • a record of your in-app purchases (product, Apple transaction numbers, dates and refund status), so bought items are kept and refunds are applied. While a purchase waits for Ask to Buy approval, the game also keeps a short-lived note of it.

This data does not leave your device through the app, and we cannot see or access it. iOS may include it in your own iCloud or computer backups; iCloud backups are handled by Apple under your Apple Account settings.

Purchases through Apple

Aerolith offers optional in-app purchases: the Shard Doubler, the Starter Pack and four shard packs. Apple processes every payment through the App Store under its own terms. We never receive your payment details.

To show prices, complete purchases and report refunds, iOS connects to the App Store through Apple’s StoreKit; this is Apple’s service, not a connection to us. On your device, the game checks Apple’s verified transactions to deliver what you bought and keeps the purchase record described above. It does not send receipts or purchase history to us, and there is no Aerolith server.

Apple keeps purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy and may provide us with sales and financial reports to administer the app.

Data handled by Apple

When you download the app, Apple processes data under its own privacy policy. If you have allowed Share With App Developers (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. If you test a pre-release version through TestFlight, Apple also shares testing information with us, such as session and crash counts, crash reports, and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send through TestFlight.

We use this information only to fix bugs and improve the game. You can turn off Share With App Developers at any time in the same iOS setting.

Deleting your data

All game data is stored on your device. To erase it, delete the app. Copies in your iCloud or computer backups remain until you delete or replace those backups.

To start your ship over, use SETUP → Reset ship progress. It resets your upgrades and earned shards; medals and unlocked missions stay, and purchased shards and the Shard Doubler are kept.

Deleting the app also deletes shards you bought. SHOP → RESTORE PURCHASES brings back the Shard Doubler and the Starter Pack, and restoring a device backup made before the deletion brings back everything, including bought shards.

When the game learns of a refund approved by Apple, it removes what was refunded: refunded shards that are still in your wallet are taken back, and your balance never goes below zero. A refunded Shard Doubler or Starter Pack stops applying.

Children

Aerolith is not directed at children under 13. The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

When you email us

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to reply and to help with your request, and keep them no longer than needed for that conversation. Our email provider processes the messages to deliver and store them.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

These web pages

Our hosting and delivery providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, process network requests, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure feel.digital. Cloudflare may protect the public email address and decode it in your browser.

When you open these pages in a browser, Cloudflare also adds its Web Analytics script. It reports the page you visit and how quickly it loads, which gives us aggregate statistics such as page views, referring sites, visitor countries and load times. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The Aerolith support and privacy pages contain no advertising, embedded media or contact form, and their fonts are served with the site. Email links open your own mail app.

Your rights, changes and contact

Because the app sends us no personal data, we hold nothing from it to access, correct, export or delete. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA may give you rights over your personal data. You can contact us with any privacy question, including about email you sent us. Requests about your Apple Account, purchases or backups are handled by Apple.

If the app’s data practices change, for example if online features are added, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships, and ask for your consent in the app where the law requires it.
